Issaquah Deck Rebuild

This super cool deck rebuild project in Issaquah started by using a pump jack to lift up the sunken front corner of the deck and inserting a new pier block underneath it with an adjustable post base. Next we replaced some rotten boards and added new flashing, caulking and matched the previous siding paint color. The deck replacement involved the rebuild of the 200 SF deck frame and boards, and 50 LF of railing with new TimberTech Dark Hickory composite decking boards and Black Peak Aluminum Railing. We cleaned the job site after the work was completed and disposed of all construction debris at the dump and this customer was ready for outdoor entertaining!
