Office Remodel

This commercial office remodel in Renton involved walling off an office inside a large common area with a door and window to the adjoining area. We also added a pass through door between the original common open office and the conference room just east of it. First came the tedious prep work: covering all the suroundings and flooring with plastic! Then we installed framing for the new wall. Next came drywall, tape, putty, then sanding, texturing and painting. After that we installed the new door and trim. Then we cut the wall 80 inches wide and prepped the surrounding wall to install trim. Last thing was to install molding and glass at the top of the new wall partition between the office and meeting room. Now where is that red Swingline stapler?
