Complete bathroom remodel included demo of shower, vanity, toilet, mirror, and flooring. Installtion of new vanity, linen cabinet (included medicine cabinet), countertop (double-bowl stone countertop), custom backsplash, new mirror, shower (walk-in shower with tile base), bathtub, bathroom hardware, ligh fixture, shower walls (tile), shower hardware, plumbing hookup, new toilet, drywall repair, heated tile flooring, and interior painting. 

Seattle Deck Rebuild

Project involved pulling apart entire frame and lifting it two inches. Replacing rotten steps, and replacing pier blocks with proper blocks that have adjustable brackets. Also removed old bench from deck.

Project included demo of old carpeting and vinyl flooring, and the installation of new carpeting and LVP on flooring and stairs. Interior painting of walls in multiple rooms, as well as painting of millwork (prepping and priming) and newly installed stair rail. Trash disposal and dump fees included as well.

Completed full remodel of a two story home in Seattle. Installed the following throughout the home: new hardwood flooring, walls, windows, cabinets, appliances, countertops, lighting and doors. Remodeled kitchen, two bathrooms, basement and painted entire interior of house. Also replaced all gutters and stained backyard deck and railing.

Awning Replacement - Snohomish

New patio awning project included removal and replacement of rotten wood, removal of old and installation of new polycarbonate roofing material, repaired damaged flashing on roof, and sanded and sealed main header board. Trash disposal and dump fees included.

Enclosed customer’s home office with new framing and drywall, installed new French door and a transom above it. Also installed baseboards and painted them, the new wall and the French doors.

Project involved replacing customer's existing wood decking boards, skirting, and railing with 600 SF of new Trex Transcend Havana Gold decking boards and Trex HG-2 railing.

Manufactured Home Remodel

Renovation of a manufactured home. Involved repairing ceilings and painting (about 1,200 SF). Painting of walls in bathrooms and kitchen. Replacement of six light fixtures, one bathroom fixture, and two exhaust fans. Subfloor repairs (installed Lauan plywood as subfloor support). Also included loading and dumping of debris.

Built new wood privacy fence and backyard deck using Trex composite materials. Also renovated front and back porches with new Trex composite materials plus sanded and painted porch railings white.

Bathroom Remodel

Bathroom remodel project started with the demolition of the existing tub, shower enclosure, vanity, flooring, mirror, light fixture and toilet. Then a new bathtub was installed, along with a new shower valve, toilet, angle stop valves and supply lines. Next we installed a new tile shower enclosure with niche and Schluter edge, and mosaic tiles backsplash between the new vanity and mirror. Last we installed new flooring, baseboards and door trim, and textured, primed and painted the bathroom walls.

LVP Flooring Installation

Installation of 800 square feet of LVP flooring. Also Included removal and replacement of toilet.

Bothell Deck Rebuild

10'x30' deck rebuild project with 11 stairs. Installed new beams for strong support, and a new frame with Trex decking and cedar railing. A new picture frame deck edge was installed as well. Project also included siding repair, materials to repair rotten siding and plywood.

Kitchen Flooring Installation

Project to install new Quiet Walk underlayment in kitchen and adjoining space before laying down 300 SF of 8mm Jove Travertine LVT. Also installed toe kicks on cabinets and shoe molding.

Basement Conversion

Project included demo and reframing of four windows and framing a new opening for access to a new basement addition. Also had to cut concrete to allow rough opening for steps. Framed and furred walls, ceilings and soffits, plus added partition walls. Framed steps to window to allow for egress, and framed in access panels. The finishing phase included sheetrock installation and texturing, installation of 400 SF of LVP flooring, door and window trim (around five windows and in window wells), and new door installation (one bedroom door and two sets of sliding closet doors).

Long overdue interior painting refresh at local Seattle Hertz dealership using proprietary national account Hertz yellow formula!

Bathtub & Surround Replacement

Project to replace bathtub and install new shower surround and door. Also installed new bathroom exhaust fan and disposed of all construction debris.

Garage Renovation Project

Project included repairing cracks in walls and floor with liquid concrete, plus sealing, priming and painting. We also removed the old trim from the garage door and installed and painted a new one.

Rooftop Deck Repair

Project involved removal of water-damaged material, and installation of new Dec-Tec PVC membrane in all affected areas. Some new flashing was installed as well. Also included repair of a bad weld, and all other weld seams were inspected for safety. No new leaks were found after completion of job.

Basement Remodel & Kitchenette Build

Remodeled basement by building a new kitchenette and removing a wall to fit the washer, dryer, and fridge next to it.

Lake Forest Park Kitchen Remodel

Demo’d and remodeled kitchen by installing new cabinets, drywall, countertops, appliances, range hood vent, and flooring.


Burien Deck Rebuild

This deck had a significant amount of rot on most of the supporting beams so we had to replace them all along with the ledger board. All of the decking was replaced due to the existing 2x4s being warped and cracked beyond repair. Portions of the handrail were reusable but we ended up painting the entire handrail one solid color to hide the difference between the new and old wood.

Laundry Room Remodel

This project involved demo of cabinets, swapping out an old sink for a new one, demo of old drywall and installation of new, new panel board along stairs, painting of walls, installation of new trim, new doorway between laundry and water heater, three new outlets, and brand new hardwood flooring. Also included moving of appliances, adding new drain hose, and adding a new drywall soffit.

Hardwood Flooring Installation

Labor and materials provided to raise up living room floor in order to lace-in new hardwood to match surrounding flooring. Also demo'd existing carpeting, pad and tack strips so that new hardwood flooring could be nail-down installed in its place.

Mercer Tower 4th Floor Patio Repair

Used a bucket truck to reach a 4th floor balcony patio at Mercer Tower to demo rotten fascia, install and paint new decking, reinforce the railing and apply waterproofing to the outdoor patio floor. 

West Seattle Home Renovation

Renovated home in 10 days - just in time for the owner and his family to move in! We painted the entire house, demo’d and replaced flooring in a section of the living room, and installed 10+ light fixtures.

Sammamish Bathroom Remodel

Demo’d old flooring, tub surround and bathroom fixtures and replaced with new laminate flooring, tile walls, shower head, toilet and vanity!
