Basement Conversion

Project included demo and reframing of four windows and framing a new opening for access to a new basement addition. Also had to cut concrete to allow rough opening for steps. Framed and furred walls, ceilings and soffits, plus added partition walls. Framed steps to window to allow for egress, and framed in access panels. The finishing phase included sheetrock installation and texturing, installation of 400 SF of LVP flooring, door and window trim (around five windows and in window wells), and new door installation (one bedroom door and two sets of sliding closet doors).
