This project in Tukwila involved the removal of a popcorn acoustic ceiling, then repairing the ceiling to a Level 4 finish, followed by priming and painting it one color and sheen. Then we wrapped up by replacing the existing carpeting, pads and tack strips with new underlayment and laminate vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire house.
