Kent Deck Rebuild

This deck rebuild project in Kent involved the replacement of all decking, railing, posts, rim joists and steps with new TrexEnhance Basics decking in Beach Dune! The railing was replaced with wood in the same style as it was originally but with a composite top rail instead of wood for longevity. Support posts were added to the front of the deck and installed on steel reinforced concrete footings and the deck steps were converted to four stringers from two to provide needed support for the new Trex decking.
