This basement renovation project in Seattle required some initial demolition work in order to remove the existing carpeting, vinyl flooring, baseboards and miscellaneous debris that was stuck to and causing the concrete subfloor to be uneven. Once that was all out we could then install new LVP flooring and baseboards throughout, after which we painted the baseboards, window trim and drywall.
