This juicy bathroom "Reno in Redmond" involved gutting all the old tile around the bathtub and old flooring down to the subfloor. Then we installed a new Moen Posi-Temp shower valve, handle and showerhead. Next we tore out the old drywall and replaced it with some Durock cement board, then installed new larger sized tiles on all three shower walls so that fewer grout seams would be visible. After that we plopped in a new toilet and some silky smooth LVP flooring and baseboards. Finished everything off with a new exhaust fan and a couple three-way switches. This bathroom went from trashy to classy!
