Home Office Addition

Now this was one heckofa project! Bringing this Issaquah homeowner's vision to life, our team built this customer's home office addition right off his design pages. First floor work included framing in where his new office was going to be, and installing TJI joists in the ceiling for support. Then we installed new outlets, switches and recessed lighting. After that we built a small closet and space for French doors, then wrapped up all the insulation, drywall and painting work. On the second floor we actually relocated a window from the first floor, installed some Tyvek and then matched the siding. After that we built an opening on the existing pony wall for entry to his new second floor play area and build a new pony wall on the stairs side. We finished up by extending his hallway and prepping for a future cable railing installation. Love it when a plan comes together!
