Patio Enclosure Build

This cool project in Bonney Lake involved the enclosure of an outdoor patio by the installation of new walls, windows and sliding glass patio doors! We started this one off by framing the enclosure with 2x6s, then installing a layer of Tri-PLY OSB covered by Tyvek. Matching the siding on the inside and outside of the new framing came next, followed by the installation of waterproof metal framing for the new custom windows from Lowe's. We also ran some electrical wiring for five new outlets along the inside of the new wall, then installed the new sliding glass door. Popped the new windows in last then called it a day: Beauuutiful!!!
