Rental Unit Updates

This rental unit project in Seattle involved some much needed upgrades in the kitchen and bathroom. First, we demo'd the old bathtub surround, pedestal sink, backsplash and vanity mirror. Then we installed a new bathtub surround, vinyl window trim, tub spout and new shower head, as well as a new vanity mirror and sink faucet. Next we repaired the drywall and made some necessary plumbing connections. In the kitchen we installed a new faucet, repaired some drywall, and painted the cabinets. This included sanding and applying cabinet restore chemicals to brighten and remove grease before painting. We finished by replacing bathroom and kitchen outlets with new GFCI outlets. Got rid of some junk outside the unit as well and called it a day!
