Mold Remediation & Flooring Installation

Oh boy, where to begin with this project. So this small, single room flooring and drywall replacement project in Seattle, ended up being a much larger mold remediation and multi-room drywall and flooring installation job! After pulling up an initial 60 SF of old flooring and discovering black mold from a previous water leak, we ended up continuing to pull up flooring where previous leaks were present and subsequently stopped work to then conduct a full mold remediation! After the dry out, demolition and disposal of the water (and sewer) damaged subflooring and drywall, we then treated all affected areas with anti-microbial application. In the end, we replaced over 300 SF of sublooring, LVP, drywall and baseboards!
