Our customer’s recent Bowdoin Place Condo Remodel in Seattle was a whirlwind of demolition, restoration, and rejuvenation! First, we tackled some lingering issues—patching up outlet holes and smoothing out sloppy window caulking. Next came the demolition phase, where we stripped the kitchen, two bathrooms, and even a laundry cabinet to prepare for a stunning transformation with brand-new cabinetry.
In the bathrooms, we took things to the next level by refinishing two bathtubs and refreshing the grout and trim, ensuring everything looked and functioned like new. Meanwhile, our painters gave the walls, ceilings, and trim a fresh coat, creating a sleek, cohesive look.
We didn't stop there—upgrading the bathroom exhaust fans, replacing mirrors, and adding new closet doors throughout kept the spaces updated and functional. Closets were outfitted with reinstalled shelving, providing a clean and organized finish.
To modernize further, we installed customer-supplied appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. Then came the cherry on top—the installation of custom French Roland countertops and backsplashes in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room, plus a handcrafted kitchen sink and elegant porcelain undermount sinks in the bathrooms.
As a final touch, we replaced dated fixtures, lighting, and door hardware, and mounted a brand-new screen door. This Bowdoin Place Condo now boasts a fresh, modern aesthetic that harmonizes style with functionality—a project the Handyman Remodeling Team is proud to have completed with care and craftsmanship!
